Hi, I’m Tamryn — and I’ve made Airbnb my freedom business.
I hosted my very first Airbnb back in 2013, before it was cool — and before I had any clue what I was doing. Since then, I’ve built a multiple six-figure short-term rental business, managing a growing portfolio of listings that consistently earn Superhost status, with over 400 five-star reviews and thousands of happy guests across Airbnb and direct booking channels.
I’ve done it all — from renting out a spare room while still living in the house, to launching full rent-to-rent units, co-hosting for others, and running a short-term rental agency that now supports my family’s worldschooling lifestyle and lets me work on my own terms.
In 2018, I began teaching others how to do the same — through Airbnb courses, live workshops, and mentoring inside Differently Business School. Since then, I’ve supported hundreds of students to start or scale their Airbnb businesses — many of whom came in scared, unsure, or overwhelmed... and left with their first income-producing listing live.
